Order Fulfilment Protocol: Important Steps to Follow
Ensuring smooth order processing is crucial, especially when facing challenges in fulfilling an order. Here's a comprehensive guide:
-
Declining an Order:
- If you receive an order that you're unable to fulfil, promptly click on 'Decline order' in the top right-hand corner of the order page. This action triggers a form submission where you'll detail the reasons for the inability to fulfil the order.
-
Customer Care Team Notification:
- Your form response is directly shared with our Customer Care Team. They will first contact the customer regarding the cancellation and then proceed to cancel the order on the Just Eat for Business website. Please note that the order status won't change immediately after clicking 'Decline order'; it's a manual task done after customer communication. Avoid clicking 'Decline order' more than once per order.
-
Notification for Same-Day Orders:
- For same-day orders that cannot be fulfilled, it's imperative to notify our Customer Care Team immediately via the live chat function here. This is a mandatory action; simply not accepting the order is not considered a valid rejection method.
-
Unavailability or Full Capacity:
- If you're unavailable or at full capacity for a specific day, mark yourself as ‘on holiday’ on the website using these instructions This step is crucial to prevent further orders from being placed.
Adhering to these steps ensures effective communication and prevents any disruptions in the order fulfilment process. If you have any questions or require assistance, feel free to reach out.
