Access Your Order Page: Visit your order page on our website and locate the pencil icon associated with the order.

Make Amendments: Click on the pencil icon once the order has been accepted and finalised. This typically occurs on the same day as the scheduled pick-up, based on your notice period.

Modify Pick-up Location: Use the provided functionality to update the pick-up location to better suit your current needs.

Important notes:
- Please take care to select the most appropriate pick-up location when accepting the order to avoid having to change this later on.
- Once you've accepted an order, you cannot update the pick-up location yourself until the order is finalised. If you need to update the pick-up location before this, please reach out via our restaurant contact form, selecting 'Editing Order', 'I Need Help Editing an Order' from the drop-down menu. Please refrain from reaching out via live chat unless the order is scheduled to be delivered on the same day.
