When is the latest that a customer can cancel an order?

Customers have the option to cancel an order during the 'worry-free' period, which varies based on the order type:

1. Group Ordering Orders:

   • The worry-free period aligns with the choice deadline, equivalent to the delivery time minus the notice period.

2. Catering Orders:

   • For orders exceeding £750 (before promo codes), the worry-free period is 2 working days before the delivery time.
   • For orders less than £750 (before promo codes), the worry-free period is 1 working day before the delivery time.

Note:

• Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
• If the delivery time is before 9 am, subtract 1 or 2 working days from 6 pm the day before to determine the worry-free period.
