Customers have the option to cancel an order during the 'worry-free' period on an Office Catering order or until the order is finalised for Group Orders.
Cancellation requests after this period are at the discretion of the restaurant. In these cases, our Customer Care Team will contact you to check whether you can accommodate the late cancellation request.
