To track your assigned driver's ETA, go to the 'Accepted' tab on the 'Your orders' page on Just Eat for Business. The order will progress through these statuses:
- ‘No tracking’
- ‘Assigning a driver’
- ‘Driver assigned’
- ‘On their way’
- ‘Driver at restaurant’
- ‘Collected’
If you're handling the delivery, the status will be 'Restaurant Own Delivery', and no pickup ETA will be shown. The 'Pickup ETA' column will display 'TBC' before the driver is on their way. Once the driver is en route, a 10-minute ETA window will appear, highlighted in red if the driver is more than 15 minutes late.
This page updates every 60 seconds, and the pickup ETA may change due to traffic en route. For more details, refer to the tooltips in the column headings. You can also track the driver's progress via the link in your "driver en route" email.
