Q: How do I manage my restaurant availability?
A: Use the Holidays feature to temporarily close your restaurant and prevent new orders.
Adding a Holiday:
- Go to the Account tab > Holidays in the restaurant portal
- Enter your unavailable date range
- Click Add Holiday
⚠️ Important: Setting a holiday closes all locations on your account and prevents new orders. Existing orders scheduled during this time will not be automatically cancelled.

Removing a Holiday:
- Go to My Account tab > Holidays
- Select the date range
- Click Delete
Updating Operating Hours:
Contact us here and select:
My Just Eat for Business Account > Operating Hours. Someone from the restaurant team will be in contact to update your location operating hours.
