To adjust your headcount capacity, please contact the restaurant team via the contact form here, specifying your desired capacity based on the following:
- 1-3 hours notice (short-notice)
- 3-12 hours notice (same-day) 90% of our orders are placed through this notice
- 12-24 hours notice (day before)
- 24-48 hours notice
- 48-120 hours notice
We'll review and update your capacity if approved.
How notice periods work:
Notice periods are based on the customer's delivery time, not your pickup time.
Example: 3-hour notice order
- Order finalises 3 hours before customer delivery window ends
- You may need to have food ready for pickup 2 hours after finalisation
What happens at capacity:
When a time slot reaches capacity (i.e 11:30-12pm delivery window):
- โ Customers can't place new orders for that slot
- ๐ Your restaurant is temporarily removed from search results
