No, you cannot offer discounts directly to customers that are not also available through the Just Eat for Business Order Channel. As stated in Section 7.17 of our Service Agreement, "the prices, discounts and special offers you provide in respect of your Goods and services through the Order Channel must be no less favourable than those offered to consumers via your own online channels."
2. What happens if I offer a discount on my own website that is not available on the Order Channel?
If you offer a discount on your own website that is not available on the Order Channel, and a customer places an order through our platform, we may refund the customer the difference. Per Section 7.18 of the agreement, "Just Eat for Business reserves the right to refund the Customer an amount equal to the difference and you will be liable to compensate us for this refund."
3. Can I include discount codes or promotional offers in orders delivered through Just Eat for Business?
No, you are not permitted to include any discount codes or promotional offers in orders unless you have received prior written approval from us. Section 3.3 of the Service Agreement states: "You agree and acknowledge that you shall not include any marketing materials or discounts with the Order except as authorised by us in writing in advance."
4. What should I do if I want to offer a special discount exclusively through Just Eat for Business?
If you wish to offer a special discount exclusively through our platform, please contact us to discuss and obtain approval for the promotion. This will ensure compliance with the Service Agreement and that the discount is properly reflected on the Order Channel, in line with Section 7.17.
5. What are the consequences of not adhering to the discount policies in the Service Agreement?
If you do not comply with the discount policies, we may refund customers the difference between the prices on your website and our platform, and you will be liable for these refunds. As outlined in Section 7.18, repeated violations could result in further actions, including potential suspension from the Order Channel.

To ensure compliance, always align your discounts across all sales channels, and consult with us before offering any new promotions. Regularly review your discounts to confirm they are consistent on both your own online channels and the Just Eat for Business platform, as required by Section 7.17.
