Q: My restaurant location is temporarily or permanently closed – what should I do?
A: Contact us immediately through the contact form with the:
1. Urgent- in the subheading
2. Location name(s) you need to take offline or switch off the delivery times
3. We'll update your location status to prevent customer orders and cancellations.
Why this matters:
Orders to closed locations create poor customer experiences. Keeping your trading status current, prevents confusion and cancellations.
Please do:
Reach out through the contact form straight away and let us know the date that this location needs to be switched off by. Our team will then either re-assign orders over to other sites/ process an order cancellation for any that can't be fulfilled by other sites.
Please do not:
Leave your store active on the portal and before accepting the orders, assign them over to another store. This creates issues when the order is out of radius to other stores - which would then result to an order cancellation. Leading to extremely poor customer experience.
