What Do the Icons Mean?

| V | Vegetarian | No meat, poultry, fish, or animal derivatives |
| VG | Vegan | No animal products or derivatives (meat, dairy, eggs, honey, etc.) |
| NG | No Gluten | No wheat, barley, rye, or gluten-containing ingredients |
| NN | No Nuts | No tree nuts, peanuts, or nut derivatives |
| ND | No Dairy | No milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, or dairy derivatives |
| H | Halal | Halal-certified meat only; no pork or alcohol |
| P | Pescatarian | No meat; may include fish and seafood |

Cross-Contamination Prevention
While Just Eat for Business cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination, you must:
- Prepare dietary-specific meals in a separate, clean area
- Use separate utensils from those used for other dishes

This disclaimer appears at the bottom of all menus:

Detailed Icon Guidelines
V - Vegetarian
Must exclude: All meat, poultry, fish, and hidden animal derivatives (e.g., chicken stock, fish sauce, gelatin)
VG - Vegan
Must exclude: All animal products—meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, dairy, honey, gelatin
Check for: Hidden ingredients like honey in dressings or dairy in bread
NG - No Gluten
Must exclude: Wheat, barley, rye, triticale, and derivatives (e.g., standard soy sauce, malt vinegar)
Use: Gluten-free certified alternatives
NN - No Nuts
Must exclude: All tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, cashews, macadamia) and peanuts
Includes: Nut oils and nut-derived products
Prevent: Cross-contamination during preparation
ND - No Dairy
Must exclude: Milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, cream, and derivatives (whey, casein)
Use: Non-dairy alternatives
H - Halal
Requirements:
- Meat from certified Halal supplier (documentation available on request)
- No pork, pork products, or alcohol
- No non-Halal meat
- Seafood is permissible
Note: Restaurant doesn't need Halal certification; only meat supplier does
P - Pescatarian
Must exclude: All meat and poultry
May include: Fish and seafood
