What is menu scheduling?
Menu scheduling lets you control which items are visible to customers and when. Use it to:
- Launch new items on specific dates
- Add seasonal/celebration items
- Update pricing or products
- Remove items temporarily
Why schedule in advance?
⚠️ Important: Orders placed before menu changes go live will show the old menu to customers. These will not be updated once the order is placed.
Late changes can cause:
- Customer confusion
- Substitutions or cancellations
- Poor customer experience
Solution: Schedule menu changes in advance so customers always see the correct items when ordering for future dates. Contact our team via the contact form if you have further questions.
Best Practice: Clone & Schedule
Recommended process:
- Clone your existing live menu
- Make changes (add, remove, or update items)
- Schedule the new menu from your intended go-live date
This ensures a smooth transition without affecting existing orders.

Important Scheduling Guidelines: Please Take Note
We want to ensure a smooth experience for you as you schedule menus on our platform. Here are crucial guidelines to keep in mind:
-
No Overlapping Time frames:
- Please avoid scheduling menus with overlapping time frames. The system is designed to accommodate non-overlapping schedules to enhance clarity and prevent any confusion.
-
'No End Date' Consideration:
- The system will restrict scheduling another menu if you have an existing scheduled menu with the 'no end date' option selected. Ensure that this option is unticked before scheduling additional menus.
-
Chronological Order Requirement:
- To maintain an organized and clear presentation, kindly arrange your menus in chronological order. Ensure they are sequenced from the earliest scheduled date to the furthest scheduled date.
