The reason that your order is showing as ‘Sold Out’ is that the restaurant is now at capacity for the number of people who’ve ordered. This means that no more colleagues can select meals from that restaurant. This feature is designed to prevent restaurants from becoming overwhelmed and consequently, the reliability of your service is negatively impacted.
Please note, the 'sold out' functionality will not impact the choices of colleagues who have already placed their order.
Up until 15 minutes before the choice deadline passes, you can add another restaurant to a Group Order. To do so, please follow the steps outlined here. You can also find additional information on what to do when a restaurant is sold out on our Group Ordering guide.
