Restaurants are trained to use order checklists to ensure that all orders are complete, however, on occasion, issues do occur. To notify us of these instances and help us improve our service, please notify us of any incomplete orders by clicking on the 'Leave Feedback' button on the calendar view of your 'Orders' tab, including the name of any dishes that were missing.

Individual colleagues within an organisation can also report a missing portion using the 'Report an Issue' button on their 'My Meals' page. In both instances, we will process a refund for the items that weren't received.
