30 minutes before the start of your delivery window, you can monitor the progress of your order by clicking on the blue 'TRACK' button on your 'My Meals' page.
The order will move following statuses:
- Order confirmed
- Assigning a driver
- Driver assigned
- Driver on their way to restaurant
- Driver at restaurant
- On its way to you
- Delivered
Once your order has been collected from the restaurant, a window displaying a 10-minute delivery ETA will appear on your screen and will update according to the courier’s location.
Orders delivered by the restaurant
If your order is being delivered by the restaurant, no tracking will be available. Instead, you should see the following message appear: “This restaurant makes the delivery using its own drivers so unfortunately we cannot provide any tracking information”.
Late deliveries
If your order is running behind schedule, you should see the following message appear: “Your order is currently running a bit behind. We appreciate your patience while we work to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible”.
Please kindly refrain from contacting us via live chat for tracking updates. We'll aim to keep your delivery contact up-to-date with the status of your order.
Please do not report a late delivery via the ‘Report an Issue’ button on your ‘My Meals’ page. This should be used to share feedback on the quality of your meal, or to notify us of any missing items.
