Occasionally, due to a supplier issue or other unexpected factor, a restaurant may not be able to prepare the meal that you have ordered. When this happens, the restaurant tells Just Eat for Business what meal can't be fulfilled and what it will be replaced with, matching the ingredients and allergens of your original dish as closely as possible. We will then notify you about the substitution via email ahead of your meal arriving so that you know about the substitution in advance.
