If your order is being delivered by the restaurant, no tracking will be available. Instead, you should see the following message appear: “This restaurant makes the delivery using its own drivers so unfortunately we cannot provide any tracking information”.
You may also not receive tracking on the order where there is a technical issue receiving GPS information from our courier partner or where a courier booking has been changed at short notice, though this should only happen in exceptional circumstances.
