All Just Eat for Business orders must be clearly labelled with item labels. Where an employee has ordered multiple items, you may wish to use customer labels in addition to item labels. Please read on for more information.
Item Labels
Item labels include everything that our customers need to know, to be able to enjoy their food: customer name, item name, allergens, order number, item number (e.g. item 1 of 2), your logo, item storage information, allergens disclaimer and the Just Eat for Business logo. Here's an example of what an item label looks like:
Item labels can be printed from the 'Orders' area of your Just Eat for Business account. Please note, you will only be able to select 'Print item labels' once the order has been finalised.
Customer Labels
Customer labels play a crucial role in providing a personalised touch to order packaging. Here's a breakdown of how to effectively use customer labels:
-
Where to find customer labels: Customer labels can be found at the bottom of the order checklist and include the employee's name along with a list of the items they have ordered. They should be used in conjunction with, not instead of, item labels. This is an example of a customer label:
-
Use customer labels in conjunction with item labels: When individually packaging orders into separate bags, attach the customer label on the outside of the bag to indicate the contents. However, each item inside the bag still needs its individual item label. Item labels contain additional information, such as ingredients and allergens.
-
Labels for extra portions: Customer labels can also be applied to bags containing extra portions, referred to as an 'Extra Portions Label.'
Important notes:
- We recommend using Google Chrome to print labels. It is the most compatible browser with our website and simplifies the label printing process.
