At Just Eat for Business, we make a clear promise to our customers: every order and item will arrive with a Just Eat for Business label.
Important Note: Using only your own restaurant labels is not sufficient for Just Eat for Business orders. The official labels provide important information our customers rely on and help reduce potential risks.
What information must be included on labels?
All Just Eat for Business orders must be clearly labelled with:
Dish name
Allergen information
Dietary information
Employee name (for Group Orders)
Why is presenting this information important?
Dietary needs and allergies
Clear labels help customers select the correct food and avoid health risks, particularly for those with allergies or specific dietary requirements such as vegan or vegetarian.Avoiding mistakes
Without clear labels, customers may accidentally eat the wrong item. For example, someone with a vegan dietary requirement could mistakenly consume a dish containing meat.Identifying ownership
Labels show who each meal belongs to, helping prevent mix-ups during large group orders.Improving the customer experience
Accurate labelling reduces confusion, prevents complaints, and ensures customers receive exactly what they ordered.
Restaurant responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for ensuring all Just Eat for Business items are labelled.
If your label printer is unavailable, you must still provide the required information. In these cases, you can use a handwritten label or note on the container that clearly lists:
The dish name
Allergen information
Or refer to our guide on how to print the labels via an A4 printer using the PDF format.
