Since March 2024, new invoices have been sent via email and are no longer available to view and download from the Just Eat for Business website.
- For orders paid for by card: Invoices are sent via email from takeaway@myworkday.com one day after the delivery date on your order.
- For orders paid for on account: Consolidated invoices are sent via email from no-reply@justeat.co.uk on your usual weekly or monthly schedule.
If you haven't received an invoice, please check your spam folders in case emails have automatically been routed there. In the event that you still can't locate your invoice, please email accounts@citypantry.com with the details of the invoice that you are missing, and they will be able to look into this for you.
