New invoices are sent via email and cannot be viewed directly from the Just Eat for Business website.
- For orders paid for by card: Invoices are sent via email from takeaway@myworkday.com one day after the delivery date on your order.
- For orders paid for on account: Consolidated invoices are sent via email from no-reply@justeat.co.uk on your usual weekly or monthly schedule.
If you haven't received an invoice, please check your spam folder in case the email has been automatically routed there. In the event that you still can't locate your invoice, please email accounts@citypantry.com with the details of your missing invoice, and they'll be able to look into this for you.
