New invoices
Since 11th March 2024, new invoices haven't been available to view and download from the Just Eat for Business website. Instead, they are sent via email. Please read on for more details:
- For orders paid for by card: You will receive an invoice via email from takeaway@myworkday.com one day after the delivery date on your order.
- For orders paid for on account: You will continue to receive consolidated invoices via email from no-reply@justeat.co.uk on your usual weekly or monthly schedule.
Historical invoices
Invoices for orders placed on or before 11th March 2024 will remain visible on the Just Eat for Business website. To view and download an invoice, simply log into your Just Eat for Business account and click on the ‘Orders’ tab:
- From the 'Beta Calendar View': Find the correct order, and from the menu, click 'Download Invoice'. Please note, to access this view, click 'Switch to Calendar View' at the top of the orders page.
- From the 'Classic View': Find the correct order and click on the icon in the 'Invoice' column. Please note, to access this view, click 'Switch to Classic View' from the top of the orders page. When an invoice is available for download, the icon will show in blue. Until then, it is greyed out.
