To provide feedback for a driver, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the 'Orders' page in your Just Eat for Business account.
- If you're leaving feedback for a delivered order, make sure to locate it in the 'Past' order section in your orders view.
- Once you've found the relevant order, click on 'Rate driver.'
You will then be directed to a form where you can share your feedback. Your comments will be directly forwarded to our Operations Team, who will utilize them to enhance the driver experience in the future.
