Once your order has left the kitchen, we’ll send an email or text, depending on your preferences, to the delivery contact that you entered during the order checkout process. This notification will inform the delivery contact that your order is on its way and notify them of any delays. From this notification, you can view the most up-to-date 10-minute ETA for your order. In the small number of cases where the restaurant is fulfilling their own delivery, no notification will be sent once the order has left the kitchen and tracking information will not be available via our website.
