Customers have the option to cancel an order during the 'worry-free' period on an Office Catering (Marketplace) order. Customers can cancel an order up to 24hrs before the delivery time if the order is <£750 in value. If the order is >£750 in value they can cancel up until 48hrs before the delivery time
Customers wanting to cancel a group order, they have up until the order finalisation cut off period.
Cancellation requests after this period are at the discretion of the restaurant. In these cases, our Customer Care Team will contact you to check whether you can accommodate the late cancellation request.
