"I accidentally forgot to hand some items for order #123456 to the driver - they left approximately 10 minutes ago at 10:50. There is 1 bag containing 5 sandwiches left behind. Please can you help me?"
Please note, failure to provide all items to the driver may result in customer refunds for undelivered or incorrect items. Consequently, reimbursement to your restaurant for these items may not be possible. This procedure aligns with our Restaurant Partnership Agreement, emphasizing the importance of accurate and complete order deliveries.
