If a driver is running late, we recommend checking the 'Pickup ETA column' on the 'Your orders' page of the Just Eat for Business website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
In instances where an order is running more than 15 minutes behind the scheduled pickup time, the ETA will be highlighted in red for visibility. It is only at this point that we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team via chat if you require assistance. Additionally, our team may be able to provide support if the 'No Tracking' status is displayed on the page after the scheduled pickup time has passed.
