We aim to collect orders as close to the scheduled pickup time as possible, however, occasionally delays do occur. Where a driver is late, please check the ‘Pickup ETA column’ on ‘Your orders’ page of the Just Eat for Business website for the most up-to-date information.
Where an order is running more than 15 minutes behind the scheduled pickup time, the ETA will be displayed in red. It is only after this point that you should contact our Customer Care Team via chat, should you require assistance with the order. We may also be able to help where the ‘No Tracking’ status on this page is displayed after the scheduled pick-up time has passed.
