If you're having difficulty printing item labels via your Zebra printer, please follow these guidelines, which explain how to print labels via PDF.
-
Download labels in PDF format: Load up the relevant order, press 'Print Item Labels' and then click the 'Download labels as PDF' button.
-
Print labels: Open the downloaded PDF file, and press 'Print'. It should look something like this:
-
Select your label printer as the destination and set the appropriate label size:
- For Dymo LabelWriter 450, set the paper size to 30323 Shipping.
- For Zebra ZD230-DT, set the paper size to 102 x 54mm.
-
Print and secure your labels: Press 'Print' to print your labels and then cut and affix the labels accordingly - do not use staples as these pose a hazard to customers and drivers.
Useful Information:
- Only in cases of emergency, where your printer is not working and printing via PDF is not successful, should you handwrite item labels. Where this is the case, please ensure the name of the dish and, for Group Orders, the employee name are clearly legible. Please notify our Customer Care Team that you have had to handwrite the labels so that we can manage the customer's expectations before they receive their order. To do this, reach out via our restaurant contact form, selecting 'Equipment', 'Labelling & Printing Support' in the drop-down menu.
