How can I set my headcount capacity?
You can talk to your Vendor Account Manager to arrange to add/change your headcount capacity.
These will be determined by time slot of notice period. These notice periods are:
- 1-3 hours’ notice (short notice)
- 3-12 hours’ notice (same day)
- 12-24 hours’ notice (day before)
- 24-48 hours’ notice
- 48-120 hours’ notice
Your Account Manager will approve your headcount capacities and allocate this on the platform.
When within my notice period does the order finalise?
If an order has a notice period of 3 hours, the order will finalise three hours before the end of the customer delivery window. It is important to note this means the notice period is determined by customer delivery time, and not vendor pick up time. Therefore, an order could have a notice period of 3 hours, but still need to be collected from you 2 hours after being finalised.
What happens when I have reached capacity?
Once you have reached capacity for the designated time slot, customers will no longer be able to place orders for that day and time slot and your restaurant will be removed from search results.
What happens if I am at capacity but able to supply more food?
Please contact your Account Manager and confirm your capacity for each time slot. They will approve this and add it to the system.
