If you receive an order that you can't fulfil, please click on 'Decline order' in the top right-hand corner of the order page as soon as possible. This will invite you to submit a form, where you must detail the reason why you're unable to fulfil the order.
Your form response will be shared with our Customer Care Team, who will first contact the customer about the cancellation and then proceed to cancel the order on the Just Eat for Business website. Please note, the status of the order will not change immediately upon you clicking 'Decline order' - this is a manual task and is always done after the customer has been updated. Please do not click 'Decline order' more than once per order.
If you cannot fulfil a same-day order, please also notify our Customer Care Team via the live chat function here. This action is required. You cannot simply not accept the order as a means of rejection. You must get in touch immediately if you cannot prepare a same-day order. Learn more about same-day orders here.
If you are unable to fulfil an order because you are unavailable or at full capacity that day, then please mark yourself as ‘on holiday’ on the website, following these instructions. This is essential to prevent further orders from being placed.
