Pop-ups aren’t just about food, they’re about the experience too! You’ll usually set up a stand or counter inside the customer's office and serve them food directly. They are a great chance for you to broaden your menu and interact with eaters. We find that customers' budgets also tend to be higher for pop-ups, so they represent a lucrative opportunity for you.
