The reason that your order is showing as 'Sold Out' is that the vendor partner is now at capacity for the number of people who’ve ordered. This means that no more portions can be booked with that vendor partner. This feature is designed to prevent vendor partners from becoming overwhelmed and consequently, the reliability of your service is negatively impacted.
If you’ve already selected your meal choice from a vendor partner showing as ‘Sold Out’, please rest assured that your order will proceed as usual. If all of your meal options are showing as sold out, your Office Manager should add another vendor partner to the order that you are able to select from.
