The reason that your order is showing as ‘Sold Out’ is that the vendor partner is now at capacity for the number of people who’ve ordered. This means that no more colleagues can select meals from that vendor partner. This feature is designed to prevent vendor partners from becoming overwhelmed and consequently, the reliability of your service is negatively impacted.
Please note, the 'sold out' functionality will not impact the choices of colleagues who have already placed their order.
Up until 15 minutes before the choice deadline passes, you can add another vendor partner to an individual choice order. To do so, please follow the steps outlined here.
