If the 'Top-ups' feature is enabled on your Just Eat for Business account, you can pay for items above the budget set by your company by following these steps:
- Make your meal choice, adding whatever items you'd like from the menu to your cart. If you've exceeded the company's set budget, the cart will reflect the balance to pay.
- Click 'Pay now' to be transferred to our secure payment partner, Stripe. Please note - there is a minimum card transaction amount of 30p set by Stripe.
- Enter your credit or debit card details and confirm the email address you would like your receipt sent to.
Once you've paid, you'll receive an email from Just Eat for Business confirming your choice. At this stage, your card will not be charged and you will not receive a receipt. When everyone has made their order, your card will be charged and we'll send you a receipt. Your available balance may be updated to reflect your purchase before everyone has ordered.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the funds will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.
