You can now pay for items that are above the budget set by your company with City Pantry if "Top-ups" are enabled on your account.
To get started, here's all you need to do:
- Make your meal choice, adding whatever items you want from the menu.
- The cart will reflect how much you need to pay (if you've exceeded the set budget).
- By clicking 'Pay now' you will be transferred to our secure payment partner, Stripe. There is a minimum card transaction amount of 30p set by Stripe.
- Enter your credit or debit card details and confirm the email address you would like your receipt sending to. We do not store any of your card details.
After you've paid, you'll receive an email from us confirming your choice. At this stage, your card will not be charged and you will not receive a receipt.
When everyone has made their order, your card will be charged and we'll send you a receipt. Your available balance may be updated to reflect your purchase before everyone has ordered.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the funds will be returned to your account within 5-7 days.
If there are any issues with your order, please inform your office manager, who will be able to follow-up with City Pantry so we can resolve the issue.
