Once your order has left the kitchen, we’ll send an email or text, depending on your preferences, to the delivery contact that you entered during the order checkout process. This notification will inform the delivery contact that your order is on its way and notify them of any delays. From this notification, you can view the most up-to-date 10-minute ETA for your order.
You can also view tracking information by opening your 'Order Summary' page by clicking on your order from the orders page (Calendar View or Classic View). Simply navigate to the 'Order status' tab where you'll see a timeline of your order from 'Placed' all the way through to 'Delivered'.
