To organise the collection of a vendor partner's non-disposable equipment, e.g. thermos flasks, thermoboxes or crates, please contact us with the order number, list of items to be collected, and convenient collection time.
If multiple attempts to collect the equipment are unsuccessful, the equipment will be considered lost and a penalty charge incurred.
