We understand that you may need to cancel upcoming orders, here is a reminder of our policy:
- If you would like to cancel your order for any reason related to COVID-19, please note that our regular cancellation policy will be in effect, unless the chosen restaurant has had contact with COVID-19, in which case we will find an alternative vendor.
- For any cancellations, it needs to be before the end of the restaurant's worry-free period. Please check the order summary to see up until when you can cancel with a full refund. Please remember that these worry-free periods can vary if you have more than one vendor providing your meal. If it is outside the worry-free period, cancellation is at the discretion of the restaurant.
