Upon the driver's arrival, it is crucial to follow these steps for a smooth handover:

Use the order checklist: Double-check the order checklist when packing an order, and sign it to confirm that all items have been packaged.

Ask drivers to show their order number on arrival: Request drivers to present their order number upon arrival for verification.

Check different storage areas: Please ensure all staff are trained to collect order items stored in different areas. Occasionally, we find that cold items are stored in a fridge until the driver arrives, and are not passed to a driver with the rest of an order, resulting in them being reported missing by a customer.

Handover all items: It is your responsibility to ensure that the driver collects all items associated with the specified order - please communicate clearly with the driver and don't assume they know which boxes are associated with an order.
