Not rely on the scheduled pick-up time alone: Whist we aim for drivers to arrive at the scheduled pick-up time, unforeseen factors such as traffic or driver assignment might cause a driver to arrive before or after this time. Therefore, we kindly as that you don't use solely the time to determine which order to hand over to a driver.

Ask drivers to show their order number on arrival: Request drivers to present their order number upon arrival for verification.

Double-check order numbers: Order numbers may be very simple, differing by just a couple of digits. Please carefully check that the 6-digit order number that you have matches up with the driver's to ensure the correct order is handed over to the corresponding driver.
