To track the location of your assigned driver, navigate to the 'Accepted' tab on the 'Your orders' page of the Just Eat for Business website. The order will progress through various statuses, including ‘No tracking,’ ‘Assigning a driver,’ ‘Driver assigned,’ ‘On their way,’ ‘Driver at restaurant,’ and ‘Collected.’ If you're handling the delivery internally, the status will be 'Restaurant Own Delivery,' and no pickup ETA will be displayed.
The 'Pickup ETA' column provides insights into the driver's expected arrival time:
- Before the driver is on their way, it will display 'TBC' (To Be Confirmed).
- Once the driver is en route, a 10-minute ETA window will be shown. This will be highlighted in red if the driver is more than 15 minutes behind the scheduled pickup time.
Please note that this page updates every 60 seconds, and the displayed pickup ETA may change due to factors like traffic. For more details, refer to the tooltips in the column headings on this page.
Alternatively, you can track the driver's progress by following the tracking link at the bottom of your 'driver en route' email.
