We may be able to deliver your original order to you or offer you an alternative. If these options don't work for you then we will, of course, refund you for the items that you didn’t receive.
If you'd like to report this after your event/meal/meeting then please fill in this form within 48 hours of your order being delivered and our Customer Care team will investigate the root cause, and process a refund, as necessary.
