To view and download an invoice, simply log into your account and click on the ‘orders’ tab. Invoices display the breakdown of your order, including VAT and service fee, if applicable.
When are invoices available?
For orders paid for by card, invoices are available on your account immediately after placing your order. For pay on account customers, invoices are available either on the Monday after your order has been delivered or on the 1st of the month, depending on your account set-up. They will be sent directly by email to the nominated finance contact.
From the 'Beta Calendar View'
Find the correct order in the calendar and open the menu down download the invoice. Please note, to access this view, click 'Switch to Calendar View' at the top of the orders page.
From the 'Classic View'
Find the correct order ID in the list and click on the download invoice button. Please note, to access this view, click 'Switch to Classic View' from the top of the orders page. When an invoice is available for download, the icon will show in blue. Until then, it is greyed out.
