You must use delivery boxes for all food that is temperature-controlled; i.e. all hot, chilled, and frozen deliveries. If an order contains 8 or less portions, then you may use your own bags or delivery boxes. Please click here to see how to arrange for an equipment return when using your own equipment.
The use of delivery boxes for ambient food delivery is not required. However, we still recommend it as a convenient and efficient way to package and transport food.
Should you wish to apply a branded sticker to seal the delivery box, you may do so. This additional step will ensure that the order is delivered safely to the customer. Please make sure that the sticker is recyclable so that the delivery box can be easily recycled by the customer.
