Working together to ensure that orders reliably make it from your kitchen to customers’ offices remains of utmost importance to us. With that in mind, we ask that you ensure everyone in your kitchen is trained to ask drivers to show their order number on arrival and double check the order numbers match up and the correct order is being handed over to the correct courier.
While we understand that a driver arriving at the correct pickup time could cause some confusion, it is possible that the courier is running early or late for another order, and so it is not enough to rely on that. Kindly please make sure that you have seen the order number the courier has on their end, and that this matches the order number you are handing over.
If an order is delivered to the wrong customer as a result of you handing the order over to the wrong driver, our Customer Care Team may ask you to remake the order and cover the cost of the order.
