- Thoroughly cross-verify that the order numbers match up and ensure the correct order is handed over to the corresponding courier.
While we acknowledge that a driver arriving at the correct pickup time might be a common expectation, it's crucial to recognize the possibility of variations due to unforeseen circumstances such as early or delayed arrivals for other orders. Therefore, it is essential not to rely solely on the scheduled pickup time. Instead, please verify the order number presented by the courier and ensure it aligns with the order you are handing over.
In the event that an order is mistakenly delivered to the wrong customer due to an error in handing over the order to the wrong driver, our Customer Care Team may request you to remake the order and cover the associated costs.
