If your issue cannot be resolved by looking through our Labelling Guide, then please scan the barcode on your printer to create a ticket with Zebra. On the front of the Zebra printer, there should be an asset label similar to that pictured below. To report any faults, you should scan the QR code. This will take you to a short online form to be completed. Our technical support partners will then contact them directly. If the QR code on their printer does not work, they can follow the link here.
In urgent situations, download the labels as a PDF, customize labels per page to a set of 6, and print them using an A4 printer. Subsequently, cut and affix the labels accordingly.
As a final option, if necessary, manually write the labels.
