A same-day order is where the date the customer places the order is also the same day as the date they need it to be prepared and delivered. These orders have a 3-12 hour notice period (set by you) and a 15-minute order-acceptance SLA.
When building your vendor profile, you can flag whether or not you can accept same-day orders and each location can set its own headcount capacity for same-day orders. If a particular location is unable to accept same-day orders, please set the '3-12 hours' notice option to 0. This means that the location will not show up in the search results when a customer is placing their order.
If a location's capacity to fulfil same-day orders changes, please visit 'Account' > 'Addresses' > 'View/Edit' and scroll down to 'Headcount Capacity' to update this information. This is a self-serve function, and you can make those changes as frequently as you need to. Making sure this information is up to date means that customers will only be able to place a same-day order from vendors and locations that can fulfil those orders.
