The status of your orders is visible in the 'Orders' section of your Just Eat for Business account. Please read on for definitions of each status:

Pending Approval: A 'Pending Approval' status indicates a new order awaiting your acceptance. Confirming acceptance is crucial for both the customer and Just Eat for Business to acknowledge your commitment to fulfilling the order.

Confirmed: The 'Confirmed' status signifies that you have accepted the order. However, please note that the order has not been finalized, allowing for potential adjustments to the quantity or contents.

Finalised: An order achieves 'Finalised' status when a customer can no longer add or cancel items. This marks a point of stability in the order details.

Open: 'Open' orders are those that have not yet been finalized by the customer. It's advisable to refrain from printing the order checklist until the status is finalized.

Cancelled: In the event of a customer cancellation, the order status changes to 'Cancelled.' No further action is required for completed orders in this category.
