13 Key Components:
1. 8 Mains: Have a minimum of 8 main items available on your menu.
2. Under £10: Ensure at least 6 main items are priced under £10 to include all customer budgets.
3. Vegan: Have at least 2 main items on your menu that are vegan.
4. Vegetarian: Have at least 2 main items on your menu that are vegetarian.
5. No Dietaries: Have at least 2 main items on your menu for meat-eaters (ie. not vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian).
6. Sides: At least 3 side items under £4.
7. Custom Items: A minimum of 2 custom items e.g.: build your own salad or burger.
8. Platters: A minimum of 3 platters.
9. Images: There is an image associated with each item.
10. Allergens: All items contain the correct allergens or indicate ‘None’.
11. Ingredients: All items contain a full list of ingredients.
12. Same Day: Having at least 8 main items available on same day notice.
13. Short Notice: Having at least 8 main items available on short notice.
